depends on which you wanna embark on first, many start the electrical and plumbing ,some might wanna fix the windows/ door frames first.

The cost quote for some of the materials and work is relatively close the a project I'm overseeing here. It's a 4 bedroom and a study room flat.

The quote is fair but it seem electrical pipe work, protector and window are on high side. Confirm from him the type of material hes using for your windows. Pipe work of 180k is really on a high side.

do aluminium sub frame first, electrical and plumbing, then you plaster.... The aluminium window can be fixed last even after pop screding, that's if you use sub frame .... I fabricate aluminium window and door, just anything aluminium. Here is my contact 08025125667
