We were looking for a brand new or newly tefurbished 5 or 6 Bedroom Duplex in Maitama Main or Extension for a budget as high as N400m, yet our budget turned out to be low as the prices ranged between N500m and N700m

That got me thinking. I am marketing this piece of residential land in Maitama Aliero which is just opposite Maitama Extension!

The price is just N170m asking, and the area is enough to build at least 5nos 6 Bedroom Duplexes at a reasonable price of N250m each, totalling 1.5 Billion Naira.

The investor would not spend up to N500m to put up the complete structures, and all the houses should be sold in 4 months max. The area has infrastructure already. We are talking of 1 billion naira profit potential in just 4 months!
