I think that 100k job is a FG job. I will advise u to tread softly. All that glitters is not gold. I have done it before we can talk if u want more for my experience

Dear Poster
I clearly understand the dilemma you are faced with presently. My candid advice (I am a contract staff in an IOC too) is, stick with your current job as long as there is the opportunity for growth in terms of career path & finance. Trust me, you do not want to face the uncertainty associated with life as a contract staff in d IOC's whether shell, Mobil, Total et al.

No matter how much career progession he makes in one company.. it will never be same in terms of financial remunerations with Shell involved

I choose to disagree with your advice

Lol...!!!!! Once you experience the Nigerian demons in d IOC's, you will revoke this advice bro. As long as its N200K/month, its not a good contract(talking from experience)

The Nigeria demons in the IOCs are Nigerians (blacks not whites). The Nigerians are the ones killing the IOCs.
