one of my friends called me today and narrate the problem is passing through to me but i was unable to give him enough answers,so that was what prompt me to bring it to this platform.
This are what he told me ;
He said the problem is that, whenever he does something or preform an action after some minutes he feel as if he hasn't
done it. for instance when he close a door after some minute feel as if he hasn't.
He also said that he worry a lot,he is also full of anxiety.
please what advice can i give him.
