over the course of the next few weeks, we would be designing and showcasing ten great designs that can fit into a 50x50 plot of land or as a bungalow serving as a boys quarters to a main house. some of these designs have been constructed while the rest have not. the emphasis is on modest sizing and selection of materials.

this simple but elegant two bedroom bungalow was designed for a narrow plot measuring about 30' wide, this house consists of a masters bedroom, a second bedroom, a separate dining room, a kitchen, 6'x6' kitchen store as well as a kitchen veranda. the design is already under construction in Benin city.

I'd like to make use of this design on a half plot assuring 30/120ft, but the design should exclude kitchen store then kitchenand dining should together so as to reduce cost then make the master bedroom en-suite maybe 11/10 in size and the second bedroom 9/10ft, toilet in master bedroom shud b 5/6ft and the public toilet the same size, living 12/14ft kitchen and dining 8/8ft combined, im just trying to get something that won't cost me much because of availability of cash, flat roof without parapet also will cut cost, hope to hear from you soon,

this basic but well proportioned two bedroom bungalow is 30'deep and 31'wide. the living room is 15'x15', masters bedroom is 12'x14'6", the second bedroom is 10'x12', the kitchen is 9'6"x10', the kitchen store is 4'6"x6' and the kitchen veranda 3'6"x5'. this home would make a great starter home for a young couple.
