ingredients - Irish potato - flour - onion - pepper - egg - oil for frying - seasoning method of preparation - peel,wash and grate potato then pour into a seive, using a spoon or spatula press to remove excess water - then pour into a bowl, grate onion, add salt, knorr season,egg,and flour. -then mix . - place fry pan on the fire heat oil, using a spoon scoop it into a oil use spoon to flatten it all to fry and its ready. NB - fry on medium heat level - you can add little sugar if u preparing it for kids - herbs can be added - you can add a protein, mince meat, chicken or corned beef orTitus sardine just drain oil.
