The security vote (money) being collected by the governor who is also the Chief Security Officer of th State , if he could not use the money gather info and sent to the FG, is it Former President Jonathan who would have known that those girls were to be taken away?

No matter how we look at it Governors of our States are supposed to know the security situation of their states they govern because none of the local Government they dont have friends/relations and info can easily come from these source. They can't say they don't know the security situation of that area before they started the examination, just that they were not proactive.

I think we should leave that for the judiciary to judge.

Ali Modu Sheriff should be held accountable for mismanaging the crisis during the genesis of Boko Haram while the remaining blame goes to late Yar'Adua who struck first without necessary intelligence gathering. Jonathan inherited a mess he as a civilian could never have solved.
