It's a pity that some people here on nairaland and outside nairaland are still supporting this man whenever he speaks about the solution to Nigeria Economy crisis.

On April 16, 2016. ,, This man was advising Buhari that he should devalue Naira. Please, how can a reasonable governor in Nigeria give such advice if he truly knows what Nigeria's Economy is all about..

FAYEMI took over government from Segun Oni in the year 2010. Ekiti IGR when he took over government in 2010 is #1,554,020,325.64

In Year 2011, Fayemi increase Ekiti IGR to #2,489,797,191.33

In Year 2012, Fayemi increase Ekiti IGR to #3,787,607,515.35

You can't judge him with the decrease in IGR. with the downturn in the economy, it is expected to affect the IGR. This is because the IGR is a derivative of the economic activities going on within a state. If there is decrease in economic activities, as it is nationwide, you don't expect the IGR to be increasing unless the government is adding more woes on the populace.

Why can't he start with his own state??

I think Anambra and Ogun state is still a state in Nigeria. And they are making progress (with some other states). And the governor of this states don't talk about Nigeria economy...

Why can't Fayose who claims too know on Economy issues turn the Economy of the state around and see how Ekiti IGR will rise

Naira is already devalued. Nigerian Government refusal to devalue naira is just like a "last kick of a dying horse".

So it's now ok to factor in oil price drop because it's your foolish and incompetent role model who is yet to build 1 single classroom after years in office, but you claim oil price drop amnesia and ignorance when you shout like bingo at PMB per Nigeria's economic challenges...

. How much is dollar to naira in the parallel market? do you see it in our banks etc? The present official rate is a mirage. It is just like official price of fuel. How much is it selling in the fuel stations?
