No be for this Nairaland that someone attacked for for correcting another person. In his word "communication has been reached". Nothing is wrong with the post afterall communication has been reached 1 Like |

Well as they say in law, where the words are clear and unambiguous, you give them their literal interpretation. The signpost warns you not to 'donp' 'dosbin' by the signpost area. In other words you can dump your refuse there without shame nor fear, but once the refuse comes in a dustbin, then by police order you are forbidden from dumping it. |

If whoever gave this order knew what is best, he would prefer the dustbin were dumped as its easier to cart away than refuse ,ignorance displayed . |
