Not written by NPF. Written by villagers and painted using the police colour to scare intending defaulters.

Well as they say in law, where the words are clear and unambiguous, you give them their literal interpretation.

The signpost warns you not to 'donp' 'dosbin' by the signpost area. In other words you can dump your refuse there without shame nor fear, but once the refuse comes in a dustbin, then by police order you are forbidden from dumping it. cheesy

looks intended...the word order was rightly spelt...following the normal day pronounciation who ever spelt it would also hv written as Oda....just saying.

If whoever gave this order knew what is best, he would prefer the dustbin were dumped as its easier to cart away than refuse ,ignorance displayed .
