Blood does not lie. Members of the greater Ozurumba family of Amaigbo in Imo state not only have similar physical features, they also share business acumen that stood them out where ever they resided. Like their family members in Opobo.
The younger man in the picture is the Ezeigbo Ghana. A native of Amaigbo, whose great grand father was the immediate senior brother to His Majesty, the late king Jaja of Opobo.
Click on his website and find out what he had to say about himself and his great uncle, the late King Jaja.
The resemblance with the current Opobo king, Dandeson Jaja is not in doubt.

deutchroyal:It's really amazing and a lucky thing for the families at Opobo and Amaigbo.

Thanks to Rivers culture and their ability to adopt and love fellow human being who enyers their home, a place where slave can become a king in future unlike some lands where an Osu or slave is not expected to fetch, do ink, or piss in the same place with free borns talk less of having a slave become a KING!
A look at the front page and I see a small town wanting to destroy themselves over who is Osu and who is free born.
All hail the king.
But this eze ndi igbo this g makes no sense to me sha, does it mean he has a traditional title or?. I would have preferred it to be caretaker of igbo people rather than Eze ndi igbo.

delishpot:Rivers bla bla bla...What's your point? You sounded very INSECURE.
Talk about the greater Okwuru Ozurumba family which the Jajas are part of and cherishes. The thread is all about that please!

Insecure? It is you that is forming Eze in another mans land na. So far I see nothing worthy of praise in the man you just promoted except for the fact that someone in his family claims he is related to Jaja of Opobo. What should I appreciate in that family? I appreciate Jaja because he proved himself worthy and the people who adopted him into their land we're open minded tosee that slavery is a thing of the mind and no human is born a slave. apart from that, please tell me what more that man has done to deserve my praise?

Yes, to put it mildly, you're absolutely insecure, pained and uncomfortable. The Jajas have passed every historical enquiry as to Amaigbo and Ozurumba family heritage. The Jaja family's yearly pilgrimage to Ozurumba family and Amaigbo predates the birth of the man in Ghana. Indeed, I don't know of any Jaja refuting the genealogical kinship with the greater Okwara Ozurumba family. So, what's your point?
Again, ths is a social media page on culture of which the thread rightly fits in here. You can choose not to read any topic and lazy out yourself to another one. Such is a better option than grinding an unnecessary axe.
What's in a name? In some parts of the world people christen their babies "Jesus". Let alone Ezeigbo. Families even goes with the name " King"! So, what's your business with what the Igbo chose to call their representative in Ghana? One of the reasons I said you're insecure.
Jaja and his roots have been of great interest to people around the world not because any group adopted him. His natural attributes has more to do with his place in history. He founded a new land, TOWN, owned by him and his family. Certified by the courts in Nigeria. Nuff said. Like I said, it is not a must to comment in a thread.

Like I said, Jaja I know, Jaja I respect. That other man you are showcasing, what is important about him that you want me to respect him for? Just because he is king of Igbos in a foreign land or just because he is said to be related to The great Jaja of Opobo?

Resemblance is not in doubt? Really? Which of their facial features bear this resemblance abeg?
