Going by the recent issues surrounding the senate president I'm wondering what happens next if Saraki is found guilty and hereby suspended. Who fits in to his Seat, will a bye-election hold in His district better still does the constitution make provision for this or is it going to be another judicial war ? Lawyers in the house please enlighten us. |
