Fulani Herdsmen Are Rebranded Boko Haram; Food For Thought. by HephzibahO: 12:37pm On Apr 19, 2016
Have you ever wondered where they got the effrontery from. They kill confidently, occupy fearlessly and displace communities at will. In the North, East, West and South. When did this all start?

Traditional Fulani herdsmen are quiet normads, building temporary shelters and having mapped routes to feed their cattles and convey them to the buyers for purchase. When did this rant for domination and oppression of opposing occupations or unsuspecting individuals start.

Is it not surprising that at the time we want to agree that Boko Haram is being overpowered came a horrendous rising of mayhem and killings by Fulani Herdsmen? Think about it.

Consider the systemic killings by these herdsmen in most states, consider the uniformity in their attacks in different locations. Think of their abductions and wanton destruction.... This is a disguised, rebranded and restrategised Boko Haram.

No wonder...About 4 months ago...trucks of Hausa's and Fulani's who claimed to be among displaced persons or going to other states for greener pastures were seen often. One of the interrupted by the police at Ondo State. About 100 to 150 of them in a truck. Should we have been helping in strengthening Boko Haram unsuspectively and vulnerably.

Lord help us....The insidious upcoming policy to give them massive lands to occupy to broker peace should be scrutinized. Lest Nigeria opens its citizens up to the demon of blood thirsty terrors willfully. God help us!
