Ayodele Fayose, the Ekiti State Governor; has been trending in the news for about a week now. He has voiced-out against almost every move by the APC-led administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Besides so many others, Fayose has accused Buhari's appointed officials of fraud; urged President to withdraw the 'unrealistic' and 'fraudulent' 2016 budget; and lately, written to China to cancel the $2bn loan-deal with Nigeria. He infact purportedly traveled to China in a seemingly photoshoped picture.

While some analysts have argued that Fayose is providing the strong opposition needed for democracy to be successful, some others have said that the Governor is just a distraction and is on the road to self destruction.

How do you perceive the Ekiti State Governor?
