Status.
Assigning an equal status to all citizens. Ever heard the saying that your right is not in the constitution? Ever noticed the preferential treatment meted out to different class of people over (legally) the same matter? Where one person is given preferential treatment even inside a prison facility in the country? Ever noticed how law enforcement agents go about their duty? They respectfully arrest politically and economically advantaged people and traumatically arrest economically disadvantaged people. In African China's voice, ''Rich man weh thief money dem no go show im face for crime fighter,but poor man weh thief maggi u go see imm face for crime fighter'' .

Unprecedented Divisional Tendencies
The evil forces of religion, satanical prowess of ethnicity, tyrannic adventures of selfish statism. Your guess is as good as mine.

Differential Citizenship
The quota system as an example. As an established rule, the differences of her citizens are exploited for the ill of the country. Even the constitution of the federal republic supported this anomaly. Individual states serves as institution of division. How can one be an indigene of say, state 'A' and authoritatively and constitutionally outclassed in state 'X'? Both states are within the political framework of ONE country! Classic Irony!
