Why don't you recharge your phone using the quickteller site? No extra charges apply. I do that when my zenith bank app starts acting up

why not try dialling codes recharge directly from ur bank account instead of all this process?

You should have used the QuickTeller app easily. I have my banks' mobile apps on my device, the same as the QuickTeller's, I only use QuickTeller for airtime recharge and payment subscriptions while the banks' app I strictly for bank related issues that would save me the trouble of going to the bank. Always use the QuickTeller app for airtime recharge. The initial activation of your account cum ATM card and the app would only cost you N101 and that's it. Every other thing you do afterwards is free and easy.

strange development, meaning someone who buys N100 airtime would be charged same amount as transaction fees. Too bad, what then would be the essence of e-recharging when recharch cards are readily available? Anyway buying recharge card through Firstmonie attracts no charges.

Why didn't you use the *737* code? Why are you giving yourself unnecessary headache?

I've never recharged via the mobile app, I always recharge using *737*amount# cos its more convinient and I've never gotten additional charges. Op should try it.
