Vehicles are forced to slow down on express ways for people crossing right underneath pedestrian bridges. 7. NEPA takes light whenever it rains and keeps it off after the rain stops claiming to be ‘drying the wires’. 8. You will use salt water to bathe by 6am in the morning to cure Ebola. 9. People use the popular slang ‘eh hen’ to mean up to 10 different things. 10. In Nollywood movies, ghosts look right and left before crossing the road. 11. Okada can carry an entire family of 7! Infact, Okada can carry anything! Even bicycle can carry anything. 12. NEPA office runs on generator. 13. People block roads to do parties on them.
