Out of the 23 states that got bail out cash from the federal government for the settlement of arrears of workers’ salaries and emoluments only Kwara,Ekiti,Ogun and Plateau used it for the purpose it was intended. The rest of the shameless thieving Governors such as Okorocha,Aregesola and Abubabkar Yari diverted it to their pockets thorugh their fronts and cronies.
