We expect our ideal freelance web developer partner to be able to work from his/her base, meet up with agreed targets, and have good work ethics.We are not restrictive on poatform of implementation so far its standard.
Ability to use CMS for fast time to deliver will be an advantage.
We may need to meet occasional with web developer for work reviews. 

Pay will be on a 'per project' basis as agreed with the web developer before commencement of project.
