Fact 1) Buhari is silent over these incessant attacks by herdsmen

Fact 2) those in Enugu who a few weeks ago retaliated were arrested by a majority Fulani Armed forces of Nigeria.

Fact 3) this same approach has been used to attack Maiduguri. Cows led by "Fulani herdsmen" only to turn into a full scale Boko Haram Attack a few hours later.

Fact 4) the grazing Bill must be stopped dead on arrival or this nation will implode.

Fact 5) Nothing will happen because Buhari will remain quiet, just a as he refused to pick the Governor's call when the attacks were reported, hence Nigerians will be forced to take up arms against "fulani herdsmen" and this will lead to fact 4 above

Very true rendering. It would have been even more apt to depict farmers at work with the 'beautifully cocooned' herdsman actually taking aim. firing and killing some of the farmers while the presidency works 'silently'.
