Because food stuff are at affordable rate,and more healthy than the one which takes some days to reach it final destination. Also the Cost of transportation is kinda low within its metropolises.Apart from foodstuff others things are affordable.
Also houses are relatively cheap for students who have which to stay off campus.


3)You face less stress compared to other regions of the country.
In Northern university things are readily available you dont have to stress yourself before you get them,especially the social amenities like good road, electricity, conducive environment e.t.c. also the rate of traffic is relatively low.

4)Cultism is at it lowest rate:
when it comes to Cultism, a northern university is the best place to be because you face less Cult attacks compared to most other universities in other regions.
