Two Americans of Nigerian descent have been drafted in the first round of the National Football League (NFL) Draft . The NFL Draft, also called the player selection meeting, is an annual event in which the teams select eligible college football players. Each team gets to select one player in the first round and so first round players are considered to be the most elite players coming out of college. Two Americans of Nigerian descent have been drafted in this first round which should give them a chance to earn millions of dollars if they do well in their first year.
Robert Nkemdiche was drafted by the Arizona cardinals and
Germain Ifedi drafted by the Seattle Seahawks.
Both are solid teams and so gives them an excellent opportunity to develop, excel and win.
