The people of Enugu State on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 took to the street, protesting the wanton massacre of their kinsmen in Ukpabi Nimbo, rural communities in Uzo-Uwani council area of the state.
The attack, which left scores dead, hundreds displaced and many others battling for survival at various hospitals, has remained point of national discourse, even leading to a summit being organized by the senators from the South East and South South zone.
A group under the aegis of Concerned Citizens of Enugu State, moved to the streets, calling for an end to the wanton killings of their people.
