ShipfromBrazil.com is seeking individuals with Customer Service Skills, meeting sales goals, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiations, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships and motivation for sales

Import Sales Representative Job Duties:

Prospecting new accounts, obtain orders, establishing newaccounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on new and existing or potential sales outlets or sales factors in the determined area.

Perform Sales Presentations of Products offered by us to new & Prospective clients in the determined sales area.

Introduce & make presentations to importers

Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of importers in designated area.

Submit Orders by referring to Price Lists and Product Literature
Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results report, such as call logs, work plans with monthly and annual territory analysis.

Recommends changes in pricing, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive development in designated area.

Resolves Customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Management.

Inputs all customer contacts and data into Customer Relationship Management online system with potential sales figures and closing amounts.

Import Sales Representative Compensation:

Sales Representatives with Shipfrombrazil.com are compensated on sales commission basis. Sales commission percentage are determined by the product line and also quantity of orders.

Individual Orders – Commission for small quantity orders will not exceed 10% of the Pro Forma Invoice excluding Importation Fees and Logistics fees.

Distribution Orders – Commission for large quantity orders will up to 5% of Pro Forma Order Value excluding Logistics & Importation fees.

Sales Representative will also continue to receive a commission on all future orders placed by Distributors with a commission percentage of up to 3% per future orders placed by Client.
