A fresh set of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP) students graduated from University of Perpetual Help System, Philippines, on April 28, 2016.

According to Newest Rivers, the students were sent during the administration of former president, Goodluck Jonathan.
Writing from the graduation ceremony, Victor Kelechi said:

“Why GEJ deserves red carpet wherever he goes. Through NIMASA, GEJ today made over 300 Nigerian youths marine engineers and marine transporters. Many more to graduate next year and subsequent years to come. I witnessed it today and I have to testify my people.”

While Amaechi had dashed their prospect back home.

I hope with the establishment of the Maritime University was predicated upon using this guys as indigenous staffers of the institute to boost its manpower.

Well likely we will loss such brains to other countries and expect magic to develop our own.
