To be fair on the poster he didn't actually specify what method of connection either series or parallel.

So it's safe to assume series.....

In your analysis if one connects 6 of the 2v 500ah batteries in parallel, the fellow will have a 2v 3000ah.

Supposing the fellow wants the 2v to increase to 12v and above will it be okay to add a 12v 100ah battery to this parallel connection to achieve a 14v 3100ah.Will this function properly without problems?

Please I need assistance. I'm not totally conversant with these connections.
