If Samson Siasia can have a stadium named after him in Yenegoa whille he is still alive, then the Oyo state government should find a way to immortalize Yekini as soon as possible.

Nigeria has never produced a potential striker like rashidi yekini since after his death.His antecedents lives on and will never be forgotten in the football fraternity.Especially that first goal he scored for nigeria at the world cup,sensational and sweet memories of nigerian football.

Rashidi Yekinni was a hero that deserved this remembrance.This man and his other team mates played with full strength then,unlike the useless and lazy players called chicken eagle we have nowaday.

He struggled for his life looking for financial assistant to travel for treatment to no avail, until he died.
He died an abandoned Hero angry
