^^^ Which indeed is a good thing. It is not a matter of 'education' - in fact, isn't it ironical that the supposed educated don't know when to put on attires that suit their weather They ape after foreign cultures thereby ending in a mismatch of the weather vis-à-vis suitable clothes. Our (local) people have been wise enough to select suitable dressings for us - the educated should make the best use of their 'education' to make the best use of culture.
