A congratulations is in order for Janet Jackson!

The music icon has announced that she is pregnant with her first child just two weeks before her 50th birthday, confirms Entertainment Tonight.

Jackson, 49, postponed her world tour a month ago in a video post stating that she and husband, Wissam Al Mana, were trying to start a family and would have to rest per doctor's orders.

Well as it turns out, taking a break from performing paid off. It's not clear how far along the singer is, however, we at Centric wish Ms. Jackson all the best.

Even better, the news came just a few days before Mother's Day!
