I advise my patients to purchase a vaginal lubricant and keep it at thier bedsides from the first night of marriage on. When women have times of poor sexual lubrication, a little vaginal lubricant could help.

Vaginal dryness occurs under numerous circumstances in all women. For instance, lubricants are helpful for intercourse immediately after a menstrual period, or soon after a bath, or in cases of limited sexual excitement.

Lubricants are especially important, if you have gone through through menopause and find that you have less-than-satisfactory sexual lubrication. Because lubricant tend to kill sperm, you should not use one if you are trying to become pregnant.

There are good vaginal lubricants that is pleasant to use, because it is nongreasy and is quickly absorbed by bedsheets or by the skin. I advise you try several kinds, until you find one that feels most like your own normal vaginal moisture.

However it must be emphasised here, that the use of lubricant does not automatically takes a woman to orgasm, it all depends mainly on the hardness of the penis, skill, as well as eradication of quick release by the man.

So to give the woman multiple orgasm, the man must have overcome totally:
Weak erection or weakness of the penis
And premature ejaculation or rapid release.
