It appears as if some states get more than those at the lower rank in the table, which is a lie!

The truth is that many APC states actually get 3 or 4 times bigger allocation than what they finally received, which is published here. But they are so neck deep in debt that after deduction of interests on their loans, their allocation then appears smaller. When indeed, they still cornered the lion share of revenue shared, but received so little because they were paying interest with most of their frivolous loans.[/size]

More worrisome is ogun where the finance minister just finished serving as comisioner of finance and left huge debts
