I don't know why i am still unable to do ds 1k data despite having more than 1k airtime balance. It keeps saying data subscription failed. I don't know if there's anything I am not doing right.

Please help.
I have been having this same issue as well.
I have called customer care three times and the three care agents appear clueless as to what's going on.

anybody with a solution should please come to our aid

I subscribed to the 3.5GB but it worked for a few days and stopped. I still have almost 2GB remaining but had to revert to Etisalat to send this post. I am in Gwarimpa Abuja. Anyone that has a way out pls let's know

I spoke with a customer care and she said i still av a data plan dt is ongoing. If i wanted it cancelled, i should send RESET to 131. Maybe you should try doing it because I won't do it since i still av more than 400mb left.

Same here! I have called customer care like 10 times today yet nothing. MTN Call agents are so clueless and annoying.

I subscribed to the 3.5g plan. Is there restrictions on social networks with this plan?. I can't use my social apps or even open Facebook from the browser. Who else is experiencing this??

I think MTN has not done much.... Globacom Nigeria offers 1.5GB for N1000 and the good thing about theirs is that within your 1 month validity period as far as you don't let the data go out completely i.e. if you have like 20MB left, you can top up with N500 and you get 1GB. Nobody has been able to beat Glo on that yet... So, I don't see the fuss about the rubbish MTN is doing, after selling SIM cards to Nigeria for N70,000 and telling us that per second billing wasn't possible in Nigeria - (useless fraudulent company).

If you had taken your time to properly investigate the glo issue, then you would understand why LOTS of people choose MTN over Glo. There is a Glo mast close to my house, but I can't even browse on the network when I'm home unless I go very close to the mast. You can hardly be on the road and enjoy average data connection on Glo network in most locations. It's not the case with MTN or other networks. So what's the point of subscribing to cheap Glo data and having to sit on your window just to get poor data Internet connection?

Mtn just has more stability.. Etisalat & Glo also have killer speed but not as stable as Mtn.. They might be strong today but no network tomorrow. Mtn is always strong.

I didn't do nothing.
Though, I called them thrice in the morning to deactivate my current plan which they did. But it didn't start working immediately.
Maybe you chill a bit
