I think MTN has not done much.... Globacom Nigeria offers 1.5GB for N1000 and the good thing about theirs is that within your 1 month validity period as far as you don't let the data go out completely i.e. if you have like 20MB left, you can top up with N500 and you get 1GB. Nobody has been able to beat Glo on that yet... So, I don't see the fuss about the rubbish MTN is doing, after selling SIM cards to Nigeria for N70,000 and telling us that per second billing wasn't possible in Nigeria - (useless fraudulent company).
at the bolded!

How please? What code after the N500 recharge?

This is just nonsense, I subscribed to 1.5 for N1000 and it does not last up to 12 hrs without using for anything reasonable. I only used it to open some web pages without downloading anything. I think Mtn deal zone is worst than aitel bundle. House be ware.
ahn ahn! bros small small nah!

Some of us here know what 1.5gb is ooo! Some web pages without downloading and 1.5gb is finished?

Na so you hate MTN reach? Even airtel i know that does that would not exhaust 1gb in 12hrs!

Re: MTN Introduces Cheaper Data Bundles by braimeddy: 11:41pm On May 06, 2016
This mtn 1.5gig is just a new plan. Let them use it first a give testimonies after a month before we can know if it's better than airtel 3gig plan. I've used Glo plan b4 it doesn't reach up to a month before d bundle got exhausted. I wasn't bothered because it was just 1k. But when they increased the plan to 1400 I've to change to airtel 1500 plan. Not quiet long that I discovered the 1k airtel plan. The bundle doesn't eat that much. Nobody can say anything abt this mtn plan for now. So let's keep our arms cross until we start hearing positive results.

Braimeddy, hope you see this?
Re: MTN Introduces Cheaper Data Bundles by besttrader: 11:43pm On May 06, 2016
Hi ewizard1,

Although I'm not an abassador for glo but I use the N500 glo data plan that offers 3GB (night plan for 1 week 00:00 - 05:00 am plus around the clock on Sat & Sun) for heavy downloads. I also use the N1000 -> 1.5GB plan on another SIM, since you can't run 2 plans on one SIM for my daytime surfing needs.

Dial *777# and you'll get a list of options, you'll see the plans I listed here and lots more.

N.B. One thing I noticed about Glo is this, the network can be extremely fast is some locations and slow in others. I guess I've been lucky, Glo is fast at home for me and also in my office vicinity (when my office internet is down).

So go ahead and make your choice. If you ask me, every Nigerian should have nothing to do with MTN. They're fucking SICK and stole us blind.

Cheers pal!

Nice one from Mtn.
You can actually get this data cheaper.
Buy airtime at a cheaper rate from www.sgnetworknigeria.com and use the airtime to subscribe.
Whatsapp or call 07033238047
1,000 airtime for N800

This means you will be getting the airtime 20% less.
It can only get better.
God bless Nigeria

Bro, Glo Network is WACK!

I once subscribed for 3gig last year but i couldnt use up to 50mb even after changing location to 3 different places.

I nearly caught high B.P that period. I had tonnes of stuffs to do online but their network was so damn slow

Nothing is more frustrating than a bad network. You fit even bash your laptop
