Enugu Govt Funds 472 Neighborhood Watch Group by Nobody: 11:16am On May 07, 2016
The provocative invasion on April 25, of Ukpabi,Nimbo community in Enugu State by over 500 dare-devil Fulani herdsmen culminating in the slaughter of 46 natives, was an incident which would have made most Leaders lose their head, belching blood following instigating comments that could engender reprisal attacks which could snowball into ethnic and tribal uprising across the nation.

Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, after a copious review of events culminating in the attack held security agencies on the jugular,demanding explanations as to what transpired between 6.30AM to 7.30AM on the ‘Black Monday’ despite assurances that they(security operatives)were on ground to ward-off any impending danger on the community.

Welcoming the visitors,Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi assured them that a Judicial Panel of Inquiry will be set up,adding that Government has moved to fund 472 Neighborhood Watch Groups in all communities in the state to compliment efforts of the security agencies to forestall a repeat of such dastardly act. Continuing, Ugwuanyi doled out N100 million to fund Neighborhood Watch Groups in 472 communities to complement the services of security agencies in the state.

This is why Buhari should implement the national confab and make this country true federalism so that every state will hv it's own State Police, and be in charge of its own security, bcuz as at now, the governors hv no control of security in their respective states.
It's under federal control, which unfortunately Buhari don't want to act to stop his fulani kinsmen.
