Those celebrating the signing of the budget are the main problem we have in Nigeria, how can you celebrate something as basic and routine as budget signing or implementing. Which has been delayed five months! How?
Why do we celebrate inefficiency, why do we make d government duties look like a festival, like an achievement, or they r doing us a favor, "why?
