Let me tell you the truth, Ekiti are educated people with big paper qualifications and that is it. We are yet to acquire the mentality of maintaining and developing systems or processes without supervision. The abilty is there but thw discipline and maturity is absent. That is why till today, our big local companies are awash with Indians not because they are technically better. I would give NNPC to foreigners to handle if I were president

U right, they need a governor that can send them abroad to get technical knowledge, its nt only in ekiti, nigeria needs to acquire pratical knowledge, not only reading always nd they can't put it into practice

Even though I don't buy the idea of this factory being managed by foreigners, it's still better than its not functioning at all (like it was for more than 15 years). Hopefully, other dead cocoa factories can be revived and new ones spring up.

I really support been managed by foreigner especially India, our people here are just looters.

Cocoa farmers should be encouraged. Majority of Cocoa farmers are aged and little efforts are been made by govt to assist them to improve production. Cocoa yields are very poor all over wrstern Nigeria
