The Lagos State Police Command has arrested Lekan Shonde, a man alleged to have murdered his wife last week. He was picked up on Monday by the Command's Rapid Response Squad (RRS). The Commissioner of Police on Friday had detailed the Commander of the RRS to fish out Lekan Shonde from his hideout. He was tracked down to a location in Ikeja by the Squad’s Commander on Saturday and a surveillance team was mobilised to monitor the residence.
