You can develop a plugin. They have developer documents on their website that can help you integrate it anywhere

Voguepay have prestashop module, check their website and download a copy.

I have developed voguepay and Gtpay module.

i also have "prepaid refill code" module i developed recently. It works like a normal recharge card we have here in Nigeria. Your store users will purchase recharge cards from outlets and use it to refill their account. it can also be used as gift.
