1. Is the budget still padded?

What is the new budget cost for feeding the president, for the Villa clinic, for telephone extension for gate house and other scandalous figures inserted in the budget.

2. Is it still a zero based budget?

I remember how vice president wont let us hear word about how their budget is a zero based budget even when other government functionaries try to educate him on the real meaning of a zero based budget. My question is has the VP been schooled enough or is he still insisting that a budget whose 50% of recurrent expenditure has already been expanded before signing as ZBB?

3. What percentage of the budegt is still been targeted to be achieved?

With 45% time gone, are we still expecting a 100% implementation of the budget?

4. How much is budgeted for the president frequent trips abroad?

Nigerians derserved to know what they are paying for the endless global junketing of Mr, president

5. What are the terms of the various borrowing to finance the budget and what project are they tied to?

Since our children will be paying for these, we deserve to know if these projects are long term projects they will grow up to enjoy

6. Is there provision in the budget for the amnesty been illegally given to members of the BH?
