The whole essence of the so-called Town-Hall meetings is to placate the citizenry having failed woefully to deliver on its campaign promises. With virtually nothing in their first-year scorecard, Buhari and APC are using the town hall meetings to further extend the hoax played on hapless Nigerians before the last polls. It's an avenue to repackage a kindergarten presidency.
