THE Director of Information, Movement for Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafran (MASSOB), Comrade Uchenna Madu, has said that an alleged plan to attack the people of the South-East geopolitical zone by Islamic militant fundamentalists has been uncovered.


However, the leadership of MASSOB had warned that it would resist any attempt by any person or group of people to cause chaos in Igbo- land, insisting that it would not fold its hands and watch Biafrans slaughtered like rams.


Comrade Madu told reporters in Enugu, on Thursday, that the militants had allegedly piled up arms in some mosques in Onitsha, Aba, Afikpo, Abakaliki, Owerri and Orlu.


The MASSOB spokesman, however, condemned the hurried manner in which the leader of Boko Haram, Mohammed Yusuf, was killed even when he was handed over to police alive by soldiers.


“MASSOB reasons that his execution by the Nigeria government was to destroy the evidence that large consignment of arms and ammunition were being off-loaded in some select army depots and mosques in the South-East and South-South in order to launch attacks on Biafran people.”

I for talk. Enugu state no follow because the type of security wey dey for Enugu state no get part 2. Was there 2 weekends ago and I was shocked to realize that we moved from one night club to the other between 11.00pm and close to 3.00am without problems but of course with security check points at strategic locations.

Maybe other states need to borrow a leaf (or even some leaves) from Sullivan Chime.
