Pls, has any one got information/update as to what is happening or would happen to Lagos State Isheri North scheme. I am being told that land allottees that had paid up might be asked to make some more payment to Lagos state becasue they need the money to bring infrastructures to the area

Won't that be considered Extortion and a violation of contractual obligations? I bet it would turn out to be a rumour.
