This Youwin3 started in 2013, a good number of jobs have been created.... However, a good number of awardees are yet to get there 2nd tranche payment, and NONE have gotten there 3rd tranche... This has hindered the growth in many areas. Some awardees are even shot down now as a result of delays in disbursement... From one story to the other it has delayed for a while...
