Saw this today when surfing the Internet and it got me laughing none stop. Guess this is the reason why it took him that long a time to appoint his cabinet and append his signature on the budget fo approval. #BabaGoSlow

What borders me most is his quick attitude towards touring the planet and his very very slow pace attitude towards thing that pertains to the very country he is called to serve. |
