in this season of tomatoes scarcity u want to eat rice but too expensive tomatoes, I realise that tomatoes has become more expensive than meat, in my area though*smile .
So enjoy this sauce where u can use few tomatoes but still enjoy ur meal

ingredients
- meat
- dry fish
- ponmo (cow skin)
- tomatoes
- locust beans
- tatashe
- onion
- pepper
- efirin
- grinded crayfish
-palm oil
- seasoning

method of cooking
- wash slice tomatoes, tatashe and onion in stripes,set aside
- slice efirin set aside
- wash meat, dry fish into a pot season and cook thoroughly making sure stock (water) remaining in the meat is very little
- place pot on the fire add palm oil, add little onion tomatoes , tatashe and locust beans allow it to fry for 10-12min then add meat and dry fish add ponmo add crayfish and remaining onion then allow for 10mins
-taste to know if you would need to add more seasoning
- add efirin and its ready

- NB
meat and ponmo should be cut into tiny pieces
- remove soup from the fire as soon as you add efirin
- this would serve 4 people successfully
- careful when seasoning ur meat before boiling, cos of salt, some crayfish can be very salty and locust beans is preserved using salt so be careful.
