“Mikacomic Nigeria an Engineering firm based in Onipanu, Lagos is in need of a quantity Surveyor that has experience in project management and has worked in a mechanical and engineering firm. Must have 3 years experience and above as a QS and not more than 37 years old.

Job Functions:
1. Carrying out feasibility studies
2. Cost control
3. Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
4. Providing advice and forecasts about cost
5. Making valuation
6. Performing risk analysis evaluations
7. Preparing budgets, bill of quantities and other documents
8. Drawing up contract with client and monitoring progress;
And other duties as deem necessary
