24 months or YEARS? Nigeria is truly one of the most "FANTASTICALLY CORRUPT COUNTRIES" in the world. Shame! Like Cecelia Ibru who served her prison sentence in a Lagos private hospital under the pretext of ill health, this rogue would probably be hospitalised over the next 24 months. And, on being released, he would probably, like Bode George, head for the Cathedral Church Marina to hold a thanksgiving service. I truly wish a Tunde Idiagbon incarnate, in military uniform, topple this government and initiate a new regime of War Against Indiscipline and Corruption. What is worth doing at all is worth doing well. Shame!! Concurrent sentences: When sentences run concurrently, defendants serve all the sentences at the same time. Consecutive sentences: When sentences run consecutively, defendants have to finish serving the sentence for one offense before they start serving the sentence for any other offense. This problem is peculiar to Nigeria I guess, it's because our laws have made it juicy for the rich and he'll for the poor. What is wow about this sentence it only shows that even the judge is being fair because he knows that he might become a prey tomorrow. |
