4 Dead as Suicide Bomber Hits Maiduguri Again

Bomb explosion at government compound in Nigeria’s northeastern city of Maiduguri killed no less than four individuals on Thursday,residents said.

Emergency team were seen carrying four bodies. The attack in the downtown area bore the sign of the jihadist bunch, Boko Haram, which has been pursuing an insurrection in the north for a long time. It was the second suicide bombarding attack in 12 hours.

Troop of 7 Division Garrison Command of the Nigerian Army, in conjunction with the Civilian JTF keeping up security and carefulness, disappointed a suicide bombarding of Sulaimanti, in the edges of Maiduguri city On Wednesday.

The terrorist conveying Improvised Explosive Device (IED), attempted to attack worshippers at Sulaimanti mosque amid early morning prayer.

However, one of the suspected terrorist was kept from accessing the mosque. Five civilians sustained injuries during the failed attack

A group of experts on Explosive Ordinance Device (EOD) have effectively exploded the remaining IEDs and neutralize the territory.
