The so called buyers you deal with are mandates. We work with refineries. Buyer buys crude oil and pay with his own money. Take to refinery for refined products and as such has a signed contract with refineries. We have PMS, AGO blended specifically for Africa market. Minimum quantity, 100.000mt. The seller supplies AGO to NNPC; about 30 ship loads monthly.
