Needs improvement seriously...word of advice get a digital tab wacom(highly recommended),ugee,hiuon or yiynova. Easier to use the pen tool in it & etc

thanks a lot. however improvements on what parts precisely. d appreciate knowing what to do better

@CHRISLONG: You are welcome & in my opinion when it comes to the areas that need improvement they are as follows:
* Pay attention to details when drawing out your face
*Learning to use the pen tool to draw instead of the brush tool(check the tutorial link)
*Learn how to colour up better to add effects of shadows & highlights using Dodge & Burn etc
*Try getting a digital tab as I mentioned before
*Get on youtube & get more video tutorials on it....
