This Allegation Its Baseless And Laughable And Its The Highest Height Of Deceit


Student politics as rightly posited by Comrade Fredrich Douglas "its purely political socialisation not politics in its own right" so students leaders must socialise with the culture of integrity,transparency and accountability.


But with the emerging evidence I owe a duty to disclose the following material facts

•That the said 4.8M was not unilaterally withdrawn by the Embattled SUG president as been widely alleged

•That it was on the authority of the VC that the money was withdrew due to the expendecy of the time

•What occasioned the extingency of the time was the frequent accident involving students and motorist in the front of the main campus highway

•Recently a student Arm was amputated as a result of one of the many incidence. This was what occasioned the withdraw of the 4.8M from the SUG account,since the VC said the school its not buoyant enough to finance the project due to the(TSA) policy of the federal government

•And consequently the VC promised to refund the money once money its appropriated for the university.

At the time of writing this rejoinder the VC as directed the money be refund to the SUG account

Align to this it is expedient and necessary to say that the SUG president acted in good faith because of the security and well being of the students which is the primary purpose of the union.

In the light of the foregoing therefore; the publicity generated over the 4.8M saga its generated by some mischievous aggrieved elements within the union for their own personal aggradizement.

On Its Alleged Suspension The SUG SRA progressed in error, Chris Ifeanyi was not given fear hearing on the matter rather they went and suspended him based on allegation of misappropriation of funds.

His alleged suspension is baseless as it won't hold any water

RE: University of Abuja SUG President suspended.

Our attention has been drawn to a malicious media attack on Comr Olajengbesi Pelumi, a former President at the University of Abuja by some character assassins and disgruntled elements, that he Pelumi at one time or the other received monetary benefit from the embattled Uniabuja SUG president ”Chris ifeanyi” to help him mediate in his corruption allegation to escape the cause of justice.


Let it be on note that Comr Olajengbesi Pelumi has graduated from the University of Abuja and not directly involved in how the students union government is been run except for his statesmanship and advisory role to the generality of the students through his various personally accredited social media platforms.

Let it also be on note that Comr Pelumi has zero tolerance for corruption and will not in any way try to shield anyone no matter how close to him from facing justice if alleged and found guilty of corrupt practices.

We are therefore not surprised to see how far these anti-pelumi remnant in the students movement can go to bring his highly revered person into mud haven tried unsuccessfully all through his time in the university.

Comr Pelumi will continue to play his advisory role to the union when and where necessary while commending the union’s parliament for defending the commonwealth of the students.

He therefore wish to advise the parliament to give room for peace in the university while also ensuring anyone found culpable of siphoning the union’s treasury is brought to book in a manner stipulated by the constitution.

Corruption must be killed at all level if we must experience development.
